I have already obtained the DINs and the name has been approved..
Further I have filled the forms 1,18,32 but havent filed them yet..

My doubts are as follows
1) Do I have to submit the hard copies of the MoA/AoA anywhere ?

2) Before submitting form 1, do I need to get the MoA/AoA signed by the promoters ?

3) How long does it take for the company to get registered once I submit the aforesaid 3 forms ?

1. What is the time limit to pay for the subscription of shares by "Subscribers to MOA " ??

2. Any penalty if they have not paid for the same ?

Pls state sections , if any.

In our case - The subscribers have not paid for 1 year the amt required to be paid as per MOA & no shares have been alloted yet.

1) if the sale and purchase is at current market prevailing rate for cash

My Query is that is the sale and purchase is made by cheque at current market prevailing rate than also this section does not apply to that transaction.
