I have already obtained the DINs and the name has been approved..
Further I have filled the forms 1,18,32 but havent filed them yet..
My doubts are as follows
1) Do I have to submit the hard copies of the MoA/AoA anywhere ?
2) Before submitting form 1, do I need to get the MoA/AoA signed by the promoters ?
3) How long does it take for the company to get registered once I submit the aforesaid 3 forms ?

The answers are as follows
1)No need to submit hard copies just send in pdf format as an attachment in form 1 to ROC
2) Yes, Moa/Aoa has to be signed by subscribers before submitting Form1 to ROC in Form 1.
3)It approved approx witin 24 hours if form 1 is approved by ROC.

Presently there is no need to file the docs physically. You may also pay stamp duty online through credit card.
