Can you please suggest how can I surrender DIN of a person, by mistake he taken two DIN through diffrent Id's.

12 November 2011 no provision of surrender of DIN please use only one DIN and follow of eminent experts also noted that:

Under section 266G if any director do so will be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 5,000/- and if such default is a continuing one wich a further fine which may extend to Rs. 500/- perday during which the default continues.
