I log in on MCA portal using Digital Signature. Since two days notice on MCA flashes to upgrade Java Version by clicking on the link. Even after downloading the same i am not able to log in. I get error : Your DSC Verification failed or your CA is not trusted.Before this message i used to log in with the same DSC and is VALID and Registered DSC. Anybody having any clue to this issue please guide.

What is the time limit for presenting duly filled and complete share transfer form before the company from the date of presenting to the prescribed authority i.e.RoC?

A private ltd co with sharecapital Rs. 100000/- has only two shareholders .The same members are also director in that company.If company can conduct AGM on the same date as that of Balancesheet, Auditors Report and directors Report.

We have to file form 61 for a company. The current status of the company is Dormant. Will form 61 along with document be filed manually?. If it will be filed online then DIN is not updated.

Can any CS or CA can file form 61 on behalf of company through his log in id.
Kindly suggest.

CS of a company has left the Job. Now within how many days another CS can be appointed by the company??

Another question is that as soon as company's paid up capital is raised to 5 crore, company is bound to have a CS in whle time empl., How many days limit is granted to company by law??

a pvt. company was formed on feb 20 2006.then after nothing has been filed to roc till date.we have just hard copy of company registration certificate only.now we want to revive the company.we don't have the memorandum copy n articles copy filed to the roc so what procedure must be done for geting the memorandum of the company n file all documents from 2006 to 2011????
