In reference to the wholly owned subsidiary in India do we have to file FIRC Reporting Documents and Form FCGPR-Part A with RBI at the time of incorporation since it is a subscription and not a normal allotment of shares. If yes, what is the timeline.

What is the time limit of filing form 23B and who has to sign form 23B, any partner on behalf of the firm or the CA who has to sign the Audit report of the company,

Further can any partner give acceptance of audit appointment or the CA who has to sign the Audit report will give the acceptance.

Can Private Limited Company issue a duplicate share certificates in case of lost of original share certificate without demanding affidavit & indemnity bond from shareholders i.e. by waiving of such requirements by passing a board resolution.

There is a pvt ltd co. which was formed 6 years ago...but after that no actions taken on dis behalf as no dealing...no prt no loss...and ITR was also not filed..there were 3 directors..so i want to know is pros n cons..and further want to know that it we want to carry it further with proper dealing then can we do?

Is there any specific resolution for which EGM can not be held by shorter notice by a private company?
Can the object clause be changed by a private company through EGM by short notice?
