What is the time limit of filing form 23B and who has to sign form 23B, any partner on behalf of the firm or the CA who has to sign the Audit report of the company,

Further can any partner give acceptance of audit appointment or the CA who has to sign the Audit report will give the acceptance.

09 January 2012 Every auditor who has been appointed is required to intimate to the Registrar within 30 days of his appointment.

And here any partner of the firm can sign the form on behalf of his partnership firm. So, any CA can sign the concerned form on behalf of his firm.
