pls let me knw the whole procedure for changing name of the director, who is already holding valid din?????

there is change in name as she got married(surname change)????

will she get the same no. or altogether a new din will be alloted???

pls do reply its urgent....

09 January 2012 First of all make sure the Details of PAN has been amended to that effect.

Thereafter File DIN 4 for change in particulars by attaching annexure 2 and new PAN.

13 January 2012 In this case you need to file form DIN 4 along with an Affidavit for the change in name.
Same DIN number will be modified with the new name.

Dont apply for new DIN, no person can hold more than 1 DIN.
