09 January 2012 What is the procedure for transfer of share from one person to another person in the private company ?

09 January 2012 The transfer process is very simple..

1. Get the Share Transfer Form (7B) from Stock Exchange

2. Duly Fill the Form (along with Signature) within 2 months from the date Mention in the Form

3. Deposit it with the Company within period mention above.

4. Pass a Board Resolution and Transfer the Shares.

09 January 2012 It is a private company , not listed in the stock exchange . I asking about transfer of share for a private company

09 January 2012 I know this is pvt company, I am just a telling u that how u can get the form 7B i.e. Share transfer Deed.
