I want to incorporate a company starting with name 'xpress', I am confused whether MCA considers 'xpress' and 'Express' as same? Name will be allowed if company with same name already registered under name 'Express'?

whether there is any case laws in which share application money pending allotment is included in calculating net worth of the company? Please help me by giving the name of some of the case laws?

As earlier posted, one of our client have applied for name of a company through any other professional. Name has been approved and he has provided the SRN no. too. but while uploading form no. 1, MCA portal reject it on the ground that the number of promoter in form 1A are more than in case of form 1. Client had no knowledge about the same. Professional, who has applied for name in form 1A, is not co-operating. Now how to find the number and name of promoters in form 1A.

In PAN Name of One person includes name of father in middle, as per practice prevailing in gajarat i.e. Ram Shyam Gupta and the same for his father as Shyam Arvind Gupta, but all the residence proof of that person is having in his individual name only like RAM GUPTA.

Please let me know whether i will have to rectify PAN first or an affidavit from applicant stating that both person are the same will serve the purpose for the purpose of DIN Application.
