whether there is any case laws in which share application money pending allotment is included in calculating net worth of the company? Please help me by giving the name of some of the case laws?

No need to have any case law. Try to convince the bankers that the money is already received in the Company. What is remaining is the Secretarial procedure. Give them the firm commitment of time in which it will be converted to allottment.
