Hi,
Could someone tell me the minimum authorized capital required for a company with the word " capital" in its name? Also, please tell me the circular of MCA where it could be found.

Minimum Share Capital shall be Rs. 100,000 (INR One Lac)

Seems the 'word' wise minimum authorized capital restriction is done away with the implementation of General Circular 45/2011 dated 8th July,2011.
