How to know the number of promoters

As earlier posted, one of our client have applied for name of a company through any other professional. Name has been approved and he has provided the SRN no. too. but while uploading form no. 1, MCA portal reject it on the ground that the number of promoter in form 1A are more than in case of form 1. Client had no knowledge about the same. Professional, who has applied for name in form 1A, is not co-operating. Now how to find the number and name of promoters in form 1A.

if u have d copy of form 1A u can check it there as how many promoters r mentioned in it. Also try if v can get d form frm d MCA website by using d SRN no

I DO NOT HAVE THE COPY OF 1A. HOW WE CAN GET IT FROM MCA PORTAL AS WE HAVE SRNO.
