Can a Section 25 Company pay remuneration to the relative of its Member (to spouse of the member of company) for the service actually rendered to the company ??

If a public company wants to give loan to another company whether it is necessary that the MOA of lending company pemits to give loan to another company. my query is that whether it is necessary that in the MOA of lending specific permission is granted for providing loan to another company and in the absence of such permission in MOA whether the loan given shall be ulta virus.

How to check approval of 1A form at mca site it should be checked under approval services of regional director or headquarters or roc ?

whats the time period normally taken for approval in case form is not signed by professional ?

A company created a charge in the year 2006 .As on today the company has received NOC.Is there any requirement of removal of charge so that it no more gets reflected in the index of charges of the company?????

A newly incorporated public company has issued share warrant but is not accordance with section 114 & 115 of the Company act, Actually the company has violated company Act fully. But Statutory audit was not able to find out that there is violation of the act & he gives the report in the Form 22 and shows that the company has issued Convertible warrant.
Could you clarify , how the statutory auditor resolved this mistake.

Sir,

if public company gives loan to one of its group company which is under the same management and directors hold more than 25% voting power in both the companies whether section 295 of the companies act is applicable or we need to see only section 372A as it is of exclusive proviso for inter corporate loan.

Kindly suggest me the course of action to be taken in this regard for the loan made without approval of government and kinldy suggest me the case law if any on this .
