If a public limited company (un-listed) met with a contingency and lost all its records including the statutory registers and counter folio of share certificates in fire; what way out does the company has to maintain its records again. should it ask its shareholders to send a copy of their share certificates for maintaining the records of its members or CAN THE COMPANY ISSUE FRESH CERTIFICATES WITH FRESH FOLIO AND DISTINCTIVE NUMBERS?

We are proposing to appoint a Director in Private limited Company, who is a Foreign National for whom we need to obtain approved Din (Director Identification Number) from MCA.

Right now the appointee is in India for some days. My question is if the proposed Director for whom DIN has to be applied is in India, then can he sign Din Annexure-I, copy of passport in front of Practicing Company Secretary.

We can attach his Visa copy proving his availability in India on the day of signing the documents.

In that case is it still necessary that the documents and the photograph should be attested by the consulate of Indian Embassy or Foreign public notary or because he is in India he can sign the documents in front of the praticising C.S?

A company has given loan to the director.The assessing officer during assessment of the director taxed this loan in the hands of the director at applicable slab rates.The A.O. of the company is ignorant of this.
Now what entry will the company pass so that Director's loan outstanding in the books of the company will be rectified.

can i register a pvt ltd company with authorised capital of Rs. 1 lakh by myself without any ca/cs/cwa 's help...
I can get the DIN applications and DSC from a practicing CA.
Form no 1,1A,18,32 can be filed by myself or i will need a CA/CS for the compliance..
MoA & AoA is also ready and the name of the company is also available.
I am from Nasik District and have done 1 registeration from a CA.
The required expenses incl. reg fees, DSC, stamp duty amounts to Rs. 8500/- only.

Is it required to have a disclosure for the transaction with the company in which the nominee director of the company is also a nominee director for the other company.

The Nominee director is representing for the same shareholder in both the companies.

MOTHER NAME: MEHJABEEN.

client do not have DIN application form. what should i do ?

Whether it is necessary for a Ltd company to close books for declaring dividends.... As per my interpretation the company need not require to close its books... Correct me if m wrong ???
