CAn A private Company Accept unsecured loan from NOn relative?

Hi Experts,

Is it required to have a disclosure for the transaction with the company in which the nominee director of the company is also a nominee director for the other company.

The Nominee director is representing for the same shareholder in both the companies.

i have din no. and pan card of director.but when i enter the required details message is shown that details doesnot match as per DIN application.

following are the details:
din No. : 03050314
name: NAVED KHAN
father name: JAVED AKHTAR KHAN
DATE OF BIRTH: 06/10/1983
PAN : BNTPK0362C
MOTHER NAME: MEHJABEEN.

client do not have DIN application form. what should i do ?

Whether it is necessary for a Ltd company to close books for declaring dividends.... As per my interpretation the company need not require to close its books... Correct me if m wrong ???
