What is the due date for filing DIR-3 KYC for the year 2018-19?

Is it applicable to directors whose DIR-3 KYC we already filed in 2018

Respected Experts,
While trying to file the form INC-22A one of the Directors of the company have not submitted their KYC. Resultantly, Director DIN deactivated.The same director has resigned from the company and has not been available since then. As the KYC is incomplete, neither Resignation nor INC 22A is getting filed. Please help.

When is the buy back of shares considered as completed/ concluded?
To be more specific, what step, when performed, concludes the buyback of shares?
Eg: is it when the consideration is received, is it when the share certificates are destroyed, is it when the share certificates are received back by the company from the shareholder or any other scenario which can conclusively state that buyback is completed.

How can an amendment in finance act can amend companies act( regarding removal of limit for political party contribution by a company ) ? As companies act can be amended only after the approval of rajya sabha but finance bill doesn't require rajya Sabah assent

I HAVE COMPANIES HAVING UNSECURED LOAN FROM DIRECTORS & RELATIVES AS ON 22.1.2019. WHETHER REQUIRED TO FILE DPT-3 . AS LOAN FROM DIRECTOR & RELATIVES NOT COVERED UNDER DEPOSIT RULE AND EXEMPTED UNDER SECTION 73 AND DEPOSIT RULE 

One of my client wants the property of his father as his registered office.. The property is in name of his father.
1)Do i need a rent agreement to be made for the use of property?
2) Do i need NOC of his father for the use of the property as registered office.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am facing problem in filling Form INC-22A Active. As I click on Pre-fill icon for Director details, all the director details get pre-filled but the Auditor details are not getting auto pre-filled.

The auditors of the company were appointed in F.Y. 2014-15 upto a period of 5 years ending in the year 2020. Please reply if anyone has the solution to it.

I have filed SPICE 32 along with EMOA and EAOA. Now am asked to resubmit AOA and the error that I am getting is "mention definition of private company as per section 2(68) of Cos act in EAOA"

Please guide me as to what to be done and where am I suppose to add or make changes in the AOA.
