09 April 2019 One of my client wants the property of his father as his registered office.. The property is in name of his father.
1)Do i need a rent agreement to be made for the use of property?
2) Do i need NOC of his father for the use of the property as registered office.
Kindly let me know

1) Not mandatory.

2) NOC, latest bldg tax receipt and utility bill are mandatory.
