Problem with inc-22a

22 April 2019 Respected Experts,
While trying to file the form INC-22A one of the Directors of the company have not submitted their KYC. Resultantly, Director DIN deactivated.The same director has resigned from the company and has not been available since then. As the KYC is incomplete, neither Resignation nor INC 22A is getting filed. Please help.

22 April 2019 If director is given resignation e-Form DIR-11 is required to be filled for giving notice of resignation of director to the registrar by the Director itself pursuant to Section 168 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 16 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.

23 April 2019 Sir,
As director not available with company at all. Company unable to file DIR-12 (Resignation) due to his DIN-Deactivated as Director not filed DIR-3 KYC. Now the problem is that the company required to file INC-22A on or before 25th April.Due to this DIN status, company unable to file it.
Kindly guide us is there any solution for this.
