Inc-22a auto pre-fill of auditor detailts

09 April 2019 Dear Sir/Mam,

I am facing problem in filling Form INC-22A Active. As I click on Pre-fill icon for Director details, all the director details get pre-filled but the Auditor details are not getting auto pre-filled.

The auditors of the company were appointed in F.Y. 2014-15 upto a period of 5 years ending in the year 2020. Please reply if anyone has the solution to it.

09 April 2019 Ensure that Form ADT-1 is filed for the above Appointment

09 April 2019 ADT-1 was filed in F.Y. 2014-15 upto a period of 5 years. Hence according to me Auditor details must get pre-filled automatically.

09 April 2019 Raise a Ticket with MCA, they will be able to resolve it.

09 April 2019 Thanks for your reply but I just came to know that there will be fresh forms available on mca site after some time. The issue is pending with the ministry itself.
