DIRECTORS OF PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY ARE ALLOTED DIN IN F.Y.2015-16.SO DIR 3 KYC HAS BEEN ALREADY FILED ON 10/09/2018.THEN ALSO THIS DIR 3 KYC FORM FOR ALL DIRECTORS NEEDS TO FILED AGAIN TILL 30-06-2019?

BECAUSE WHEN I ENTERED DIN OF THESE DIRECTORS IN DIR 3 KYC FORM DOWNLOADED FROM MCA WEBSITE,MESSAGE DISPLAYED THAT DIR 3 KYC HAS ALREADY BEEN FILED FOR ENTERED DIN

KINDLY GUIDE WHETHER THIS FORM DIR 3 KYC NEEDS TO BE FILED TILL 30-06-2019 OR NOT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS ITS URGENT.

IF PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY HAS NOT ANY DEPOSIT OR DOES NOT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING MONEY OR LOAN RECEIVED BY COMPANY NOT CONSIDERED AS DEPOSIT OR TRANSACTION BY A COMPANY NOT CONSIDERED AS DEPOSIT AS PER RULE 2(1)(C) THEN STILL THIS PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY NEEDS TO FILE DPT-3 FORM?KINDLY GUIDE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS ITS URGENT.

Is it necessary to File a one time DPT 3 for the period 1.4.2014 to 31.3.2019 and in addition to this, another DPT 3 for the financial year ending 31.3.2019. That is, in all 2 DPT 3 Forms. Please cofirm

1. Is there any minimum no of meeting(s) required for Charitable Trust (NGO)?
2.Is 80G Certificate permanent or renewable?
3. Is GST registration mandatory form CSR contribution Received from Corporates?

I have some queries regarding form dpt-3.such as:
1.Whether auditor certificate is mandatory in case of one time return and annual return.
2.Whether loan from partnership firms also covered in dpt-3.
3.In case ,there is no loan outstanding as on 31.03.2019 ,then filing of dpt-3 is required as nil return or not.
Please suggest.

A company was incorporated in FY 18-19 ,till date audit is not done .than what to write in DPT 3 form ONE TIME RETURN point 8 ( NET WORTH AS LATEST AUDITED BALANCE SHEET) ? As auditor certificate is not compulsory in one time return can I write unaudited figures there of FY 18-19 ?
