09 June 2019 Can anyone please give the format of declaration to be given by the First director in DIR 12 filing and contents for the same??

10 June 2019 DIR -12 is not required to be filed for appointment of FIRST DIRECTORS's. They
are to be appointed through FORM No. INC -32.

However, Form INC 9 (declaration) and Form DIR 2 (Consent) is required to be filed
for Director's appointment.
