26 June 2019 1) Please can any one provide me with the format of Declaration by First Subscriber(s) and First Director(s).... for SPICe Form 32
2) and is it required to prepare for each and every subscriber and Director,
3) is it required to be prepared on Stamp Paper or plain paper
4) notary required or not

Please help me in this regard
