Can a Private limited company having Non-Active Compliant status file form STK-2 without filing of Form Active INC-22A. Please reply.

Yes, because restriction is only for filing the following forms.
+ Sh-7 (Increase in Authorized Capital)
+ PAS-3 (Allotment of Shares)
+DIR-12 (Appointment and Resignation of Director (Except Cessation))
+ INC-22 (Change in Registered Office)
+ INC-28 (For purpose of Amalgamation or de-merger)

If one out of two directors is having status of DIN as 'deactivated', still the company can file Form. STK-2 without activating DIN of Such Director. Waiting for Reply.

No, a company cannot file Form STK-2 (application for strike off) with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) if one of its directors has a status of DIN (Director Identification Number) as 'deactivated'.
