Respected Experts, Kindly suggest me the way to find whether the name suggested by the client or nearby name has been registered with trademark or not. I have faced many queries regarding name availability, as many professionals does not wish to sign Form 1A through STP, & ultimately the client(Director) has to file Form 1A more than 2 times.Please help me out.

So,It became dormant company.
Now in current FY it wants to file the return by fullfilling form 61 of ROC.
Whether after Form 61 all previous years return can be filled and what may be consequences?

Dear experts,

In a Private Company there are 3 directors say Mr A, Mr B & Mr C.
Now Mr. C wishes to resign from the office of the director. he tenders his resignation.

Board calls a meeting in which all of them are present to approve his resignation.

now my question is, while preparing minutes, should I write Mr C's (who has given a resignation letter) name below Directors present or below in attendance??
is it necessary to sign the attendance register to Mr C?

i read sec. 256(4) but sir i am in confusion that if company expressly resolved not to filled the vacancy than sir is there any requirement to appoint director.
pls sir answer this query.
