05 September 2012 Respected Experts, Kindly suggest me the way to find whether the name suggested by the client or nearby name has been registered with trademark or not. I have faced many queries regarding name availability, as many professionals does not wish to sign Form 1A through STP, & ultimately the client(Director) has to file Form 1A more than 2 times.Please help me out.

06 September 2012 We can now use the link 'Public Search of Trademark' available on the MCA21 portal before applying for a company name to verify that the name is not subjected to any trademark or pending for trademark registration."
