Please suggest me the procedure to appoint an executive Director in an Unlisted Public Company, also please suggest the forms required to be filed with the ROC

I want to activate a dormant company but it's authorized capital is RS. 50000 and paid up capital is RS 19500, So what i do first increase it's capital to RS 100000 or file return to ROC for previous year ?

Please provide me the format of Notice including:
Ordinary business: to increase authorised capital
Special business : to alter AOA and MOA to incorporate the same.

Can a private limited company established in India,allowed to borrow funds as a loan from any person or unrelated party?

can an LLP be converted into a private limited company ??..... to me it seams yes using anology of partnership firm conversion into company...... m i right ????

I have found Snowwhite publications for other subjects good but I have a doubt whether I should go with Snowwhite publication of Corporate & allied laws. Please tell so that I can start with my preparations.

I file form 1-a with two directors and it is rejected for re submission.
Now i want to change one director (who has not signed the form).
Can i do?
director who has sign the form is same.

I am facing a strange problem while uploading form 1 for incorporation of co. the MCA portal is sghowing an error as" THE DIN ENTERED UPON FOR DIRECTOR SIGNING OF EFORM DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE DSC AFFIXED.

I have checked the form atleast 10 times and there is no error. I even downloaded a new form but the same error is there. However the problem was not appeared for Form 18, Form 32.

Please let me know the solution for this.
