Sir,
I file form 1-a with two directors and it is rejected for re submission.
Now i want to change one director (who has not signed the form).
Can i do?

In that case Form-1A will be signed by applicant whose name you have mentioned on first Page of Form-1A or signed by professional.
The company is going to be incorporate, so only one signature will be sufficient from your end and one will be signed by professional .
