25 February 2013 Sir,
I want to activate a dormant company but it's authorized capital is RS. 50000 and paid up capital is RS 19500, So what i do first increase it's capital to RS 100000 or file return to ROC for previous year ?

25 February 2013 Dear,
First of all you have to file form 61 to Roc for normalising the company from dormant, then file form 5 for increasing the authorised capital then file form 2 for allotment of share.

25 February 2013 Thanks Sir,
Company did not filed ROC return since 2003, so should it increase it's capital from 2003 or from this year. and if from 2003 then there is any penalty towards officer in default for not to intimate ROC within 30 days of increase authorize capital ?
