I have got mail from MCA for resubmission of Form 32 as Form 32 shows directors as executive director and Articles shows directors only withot specifying about executive director.
Now I want to resubmit Form 1 with changed articles and not form 32

If 2 private companies are under same management(including same Managing director), is it possible for that company to provide loan to other company.

IS A DIRECTOR IS INTERESTED AS PER SECTION 299 IN FOLLOWING CASES?
CASE- I: IF MR. X A DIRECTOR OF ABC LTD. HOLDS 1.5% SHARES OF XYZ PVT. LTD. AND HIS WIFE HOLDS 2% SHARES OF THE SAME COMPANY.

CASE-II : IF MR A, DIRECTOR OF ABC LTD..
HIS WIFE HOLDS 3% SHARES IN XYZ LTD.

What type of forms are required to be uploaded in case of name availability for a LLP, and is there any type of mandatory documents which are supposed to be attached with the prescribed form.

I case of a Limited Liability Partnership what is the difference between the words " PARTNER " and " DESIGNATED PARTNER ".

Whether I can register a Private limited company by using the word "INDIA". I want to register a private limited company in the name of Gateway India Private Limited. I have found a guideline which are relates to 2011, in which it is stated that authorised capital should be 25 lakh but Now some CS practitioners are saying that you can register you company with min. capital of 1 Lakh. i have a pdf format of share transfer deed, a shareholder want to transfer his shares to another person, can this pdf format of share transfer deed use for this purpose? this format same as form-7b but not purchased from stock exchange, this is only a format.
