a co. was formed just 15 days ago. the shares alloted to promotors in the ratio 50:50.

now they want it to be 70: 30.

what is the procedure and forms required for the same.

I want to form a new Private Limited Company as per Companies Act 2013.Recently I noticed that there is a new form ,ie Form INC 29. Shall I file this form along with other Forms ,ie INC 7, DIR 12 & INC 22.Please reply me as earlier as possible.

Recently a new pvt ltd co was formed on 30-03-2015. The company has still not started any business and not opened a bank account.
There are 2 First Directors named in the Articles out of which one is the MD.

I want to add one regular director to make the total 3 directors.

FOR REGISTERING THE DSC ON MCA IT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER DIN NUMBER FIRST.
SINCE THE NEW INTEGRATED INC 29 IS AVAILABLE FOR INCORPORATING A COMPANY INCLUDING FOR GETTING DIN.
