19 May 2015 If any company files an application for its closure under FTE scheme of MCA. Will the defaulting status of the Directors(Past and Existing) for not filing annual return and Balance sheet get cleared????

20 May 2015 But as per link below of FAQ of MCA on FTE a defaulting company can apply for FTE.
