I a LLP with two designated partners, one partner wants to retire and second partner want to appoint new designated partner to fill retiring partner position. please let me know the process and compliance to be done for admission and retirement. 1. Can retirement and addmission be done at a time or 2. first admission to be done and then retirement or 3. first retirement to be done and then addmission be done. please also share format of supplimentary deed of LLP for admission cum retirement.

I am having a problem in re submission. I had already paid the stamp duty while uploading INC - 7 for which ROC had asked me to re submit. But now when i am re submitting what should i mark in 9 (b).
If i say "yes" - I guess after uploading the form, mca portal will redirect me to payment gateway where i had to pay again.
If i say "No" it is asking me details of name of vendor,serial number, registration number.
Can some please guide me with appropriate solution.

A pvt ltd company incorporated in Delhi wants to create a Branch office in Bihar. What necessary steps it need to follow in respect of mca & other laws.
Recently had read an article on incorporation of a company using INC-29. I had some queries while practically working on the same. Would be very grateful if anyone could solve the same
1) Can the MOA & AOA be signed by the CA (whole-time practising) instead of a CS?
2) When using INC-29 , do we still have to file Forms INC-8, INC-9, INC-10, DIR-2?
3) If yes are they to be uploaded as attachments to Form INC-29?
4) Are there any more forms other than the ones stated above that have to be filed?
4) Within what time limit will the incorporation get completed in all respects?
Also if I follow the old method (INC-1) then will INC-8, INC-9, INC-10, DIR-2 go as attachments to INC-7, in that case are any other forms or declarations needed.
Please solve the above query urgently.

A private limited company of my client is incorporated under Companies Act 1956 (CA 1956) and has MOA as per CA 1956.
Now my client wants to change the object clause of the company. Do the altered MOA needs to be in format as prescribed under Companies Act 2013, or the previous format under Companies Act 1956 will do?
While resubmission of form-3 I am getting an error that there are changes with respect to original fee paid and resubmission is not allowed.
Actually, during first submission, I was charged only Rs 50 as fee although the partners' contribution was Rs 200,000. Now since original fee charged should have been Rs 100, while re-submitting they are detecting a fee mismatch. and not allowing resubmission.
Can somebody help me how to resolve the issue. We have also raised a ticket at MCA website, but the issue is not getting resolved.
I have filed Form FTE for a private limited company on 21st dec. 2015. After few days, I received a notice under section 560(3).
Nothing after that.
How would I be able to know if the company has been clsoed or not?
