23 January 2016 A private limited company of my client is incorporated under Companies Act 1956 (CA 1956) and has MOA as per CA 1956.
Now my client wants to change the object clause of the company. Do the altered MOA needs to be in format as prescribed under Companies Act 2013, or the previous format under Companies Act 1956 will do?

23 January 2016 If you are going to alter the object of the Company then you need to adopt new MOA as per Companies Act, 2013
