Form 1 ( inc- 7 ) required resubmission

24 January 2016 Hi,

I am having a problem in re submission. I had already paid the stamp duty while uploading INC - 7 for which ROC had asked me to re submit. But now when i am re submitting what should i mark in 9 (b).

If i say "yes" - I guess after uploading the form, mca portal will redirect me to payment gateway where i had to pay again.

If i say "No" it is asking me details of name of vendor,serial number, registration number.

Can some please guide me with appropriate solution.

24 January 2016 Dear friend, most of the time it happens that either due to system jargon or due to connectivity failure, INC 7 filed could not accepted by the MCA portal even after payment of stamp duty. In this case, my view is that you please check that the size of the INC 7 with all attachment never exceed the prescribed limit. Secondly, you try again. If payment gateway arises, you may pay the amount and after the form being accepted, you may claim refund of the earlier payment. The refund will come but it takes some time as it comes after processed by respective state/ UT in accordance with rules and procedures of as per the state / UT stamp Act.
