25 January 2016 The consent of director is required to be give on stamp paper or notarized ???

25 January 2016 DIR-2 is not required to be given on Stamp paper neither notarization of DIR-2 is required.

I have to file from DIR-12 for incorporation of Company.
but the Letter of appointment is Mandatory attachment with the form, how can company issue letter of appointment prior of its incorporation.

Please provide format of Appointment Letter.

25 January 2016 Appointment letter is not required , as you are filling DIR-12 for Incorporation you need to attach
1.Declaration by the first director- INC-9 on stamp paper
2. Declaration of the appointee Director,in Form DIR-2
3. Interest in other entities
4. INC-10 (Form for verification of signature of subscribers [Pursuant to rule 16 (1) (q) of
Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014)

please select option this form is for New company at point 1 then Letter of Appointment is not mandatory and you can file the form with the above mentioned attachments.
