can a company have different communication address from its registered address?

if yes then what is procedure to add communication address in ROC ?

Whats the difference between the Act and the rules??

Under which head Biometric System will be covered? A) Electric Installations.
B) Office equipment? Also As per Income Tax Act For depreciation purpose Biometric System Will be covered in Plant and Machinery or Furnitures and Fixtures as the latter covers all kind of electric installations?

If Private Company has pending share application money from year 2013-14 till date, which is not alloted or refunded till 31/03/2015.
Is there is any default? also then what action needs to be taken, and under which section?
