Dear All,

Director Remuneration paid to all of three Directors Rs. 600,000/- P. A. each during the F. Y. 2007-08.

During the Current Financial Year 2008-09 there is no payment for Director Remuneration made so far.

Is it necessary to provide Director Remuneration during the year in the books of accounts of The Company or not.

Please advise according to Corporate Law.

A Pvt. Ltd. Co. has three C/C Limits. All these are to be shown in the final balance sheet. Is there going to be any problem due to more than one C/C Limit? If yes, please tell about that.
Further, If the company increases its C/c Limit, then it has to modify the charge already created or nothing is to be done with regard to increase in C/C Limit.
Please guide me as it is very urgent.

The shareholder of a Public Limited Company in Himachal Pradesh wants to transfer their shares. What procedure should be followed, please answer.

Ours is small IT compant which is registered under STPI. We may fear that next year our export revenue will fall below 50% of total revenue. What would be the consequence for this. Secondly what kind of measures we can take like incorporating a separate co or creating another unit to get the STPI benefits even though as a whols co, export falls below 50%.
