One company incorporated in the year 1999. They didn't file any subsequent forms with MCA. In the portal's company's master data page the companies status is "Strike off". What will be the actions from our side to continue or winding-up?

While preparing the Power of Attorney for incorporating company whether it is mandatory to keep in favour of any professional or not?

The date of incorporation of our company is 2nd July, 2010.Till the date money has benn not deposited in the companies account.

Date of First AGM : 17.09.2010
Date of Dispactch Notice : 25.08.2010
(There is two shareholder(Promoter)so i think there is no need to post notice, it can be delivered by hand)

First qustion: Whether the period of notice become 21 clear day??????

With regard to the sitting fees to director, i need help on the following queries:
1. Is it possible to waive the sitting fees of a director?
2. Can different sitting fees be paid to different directors?
3. Does the Chairman has the power to with hold the sitting fees of a director?
4. Suggest some companies who pay different sitting fees to different directors.

Can anybody tell me within how many days interim dividend amount which is declared to be deposited in the seperate bank account.I am confused whether it is within 5 working days or within 5 days to be deposited.

Can a CEO be on the Board Of Directors? And a Director can be the CEO of the Company? Is there any retrictions?
