Hi,
ROC fee structure dependence on the Authorised Share Capital, with the Authorised Share Capital of Rs.1 Lac, ROC fee work out is Rs.6,100/-, while with the Authorised Share Capital of Rs.5 Lac, ROC fee work out is Rs.17,200/-
LLP or Company may be incorporated depends on the future business plan and growth structure. If the business is capital intensive, ideal is to have incorporate Company. Since the Company has legal entity and Bank will finance with ease to Company then Partnership firm.
