ABC Private Limited in it's Balance Sheet mentioned the amount (195,531) as Bank Balances (book overdraft for the year).

Query

How do I enter this amount (195,531) in Form 23AC in the field Cash and bank balances ?

I am sure, you are well aware that the accounts cannot be altered, as already accounts have been circulated to the concerned parties.

Can we sent the Share certificates after sub-division of share capital by way of hand delivery or it is mandatory to sent the share certificates by registered post only

The sharehodler are our inhouse shareholders. And our company is lisited company.

And we had dispatch the balance share certificate to our RTA for dispatching, but they are demanding from us the postal receipt of the share certificate of disptach

Main objects required of a trading company who will also be giving advice and also trade in stock market, commodities market etc

When there were only two/three directors on board one of director die. .now board has only one/two director in Pvt. Ltd./ Pub. Ltd.!!! My question is whether one/two director can appoint another one as director ??? in what basis as additional director?? Or as casual vacancy???

What will be legal compliance in this situation board meeting is enough one ??or have to call EGM??? & what are procedural step I have to follow if it is Pvt. Ltd. ??? what will be different steps if it is Pub. Ltd.???

While checking the company master details in MCA i come across that "under company's status : under process of striking off"

what does it means "under process of striking off"?
