18 January 2011 Hi,

Pls tell me form 8 required to be filed for corporate guarantee or not.

Also, bank has enhanced its sanctioned limit of Rs. 100 crs in whch Rs. 50 crs is bank guarantee against current assets. V have filed form 8 for total Rs.100 crs as modification but not mentioned separate limits. Is form 8 has to be filed against bank guarantee????
