I m doin the EES of Company n vch none f the directors hav obtained DIN. We filled the EES form by providing the Director's Passport number, as the same s said valid.
At the time of prescrutiny the following error message appears....


"DIN(s) G7173460, F0206278 entered in the form is/are not valid."

what could be the possible cause for the above error..???

we have filed form 23.

In this case we need to require to submit STATEMENT IN LIEU OF PROSPECTUS within one month from the date of filing Form 23.

My question is that,
1)What details we require to submit in SLP?
2)Please provide the Draft of SLP.
