How to get Din for a Singapore Citizen? He had only valid Singapore passport. No indian ID. What are the Procedures? Has he been appointed as a director of a private company?

30 January 2011 All foreign nationals need to file address proof and identity prooof from their country of origin with the RBI and the Revenue department.
