What Formalities are required for this????

A Chinese Company is holding 99.99% shareholding in an Indian company (Incorporated in Kolkata) so in this case whether the Indian Company will be considered as " Foreign Company ".

If it will be considered as foreign company then apart from Section 592 to 602 will any other sections will be applicable as a foreign company.

Dear sir,

I am in the work of conversion of public limited company into private limited company. I know the procedure for that.

Now my question is, In public limited company there are 7 share holders and subscribers in AOA & MOA. But now only two subscribers in the private limited. So far, I didnt filed form 23. What are the procedure for that.

My query is that if a director of the private limited company takes loan frm company than what documentation should be done..like board resolution or any other paper work should be done.
