Dear Sir,
I want to know that we had applied for formation of new pvt. ltd. co. having 4 promoters and name is approved. Now we want to add one more promoter in AOA & MOA. How can it be possible? Please suggest...

Yes. A new promoter be admitted at the time of filing the forms 1, 18,32 you can include them.
