Good-morning, we incorporated a Pvt Ltd last year in June, we are foreigns, our company secretary informed us about the FCGPR only last week.
Now we are facing troubles as we remitted the money in cash...not by Int. wire transfer. Because of this the bank is not providing KYC and the FIRC

It seems that also our CS doesn't know hot to go on...he suggested us to open a personal account at the bank...

The second question is about the rate for CS services, are the charges regulated? how can I compare the prices?

I want to know checklist for acquiring a pvt ltd. company by an individual & procedure for converting a partnership firm into a pvt. ltd. company.

I have applied for certain certified copies of FORM 32 etc of a PVT LTD company on 10/04/2012. I have not received the copies yet.

Rather I have received a letter from MCA saying that fees vide ..... SRN No have been paid. And also mentioned that physical application on plain paper with Rs.5/- adhesive court fees stamp and Rs.10/- non judicial stamp paper for every documents and Rs. 25/- for every page of document desired. For any certificate the fees will be Rs. 50/- without any stamp paper.

So kindly guide whether any further fees has to be paid and what next to do.

I have not submitted the physical application yet.

What is the provision if company having two director in private ltd and one of the director left India for Singapore for to form company which is not a subsidiary of the company , is there is default according to companies act 1956 ?
