i am trying to file form 32 of one of my client but following message is displayed.
"There is/ are pending Form(s) 32 in respect of the company. Please file this form 32 after approval of the pending Form(s) 32."
what should i do ?
1) Is it mendatory to File Form No. 23B to Appoint statutory auditor for Newly formed company for which AGM still pending to convey?
2) If it is compulsary to file Form No. 23B for newly formed company then when it should be?
