Dear Sir,

I got name approval from ROC gwalior after submission of Form 1A sucessfully.. Now i have filled form 1, 18 & 32 .But i am getting problems in uploading the forms as under :
1. After filling form i used check form button. no error found.
2. there after i affixed DSC then i am trying for prescrutiny. It is not working. Massege in not being displayed either for any error or for no error. What should i do ????
3. i followed the same process as i done in case of Form 1A.
4.MOA & AOA date is 28th august. I could not pay stamps till date due the above problem. Now Can i pay stamps on same MOA or i will need to change date of handwritten MOA attached with the form?

Please help.

The promoters of a Pvt. Ltd. Company transferred their 98% stake to a Non Resident Indian last year. Now the promoters wants to purchase those shares back and the said NRI is ready to sell the shares to them.

Is there any permission of RBI or Govt. is required for above the items are 100% automatic route.

query for Unlisted Public limited company having paid up capital 4 crore.

Mr. Singh was appinted as director at the time of incorporation (DOI 11.10.2006) but DIN 3 has been filed wronly on 19.07.2007 showing his designation MD in place of director and Mr. Sign is signing all documents like B/S etc. as MD but no compliance has been done for the appointment of MD till date.

Please guide me....what can we do in this case???
