In a case of increase in share capital of private limited company i have filed eform 5 with a notice convening egm before 3 days. So I want to know what should i do now. As per law shorter notice can be given. so should i take consent letters from member or give a letter to roc for mistake in date of notice.

citizens of pakistan but resident in india can make an Indian private company( all shareholders natioality is pakistani but live in India since 3 years except directer who came India befote 6 months.
