Please tell me if we appoint a director in our company who is related to other director then whether section 314 of the companies act is applicable or not.

CAN COMPANY HOLD LAND IN NAME OF DIRECTOR BY GIVING NOTE IN BOOKS OF ACCOUNT AS PROPRTY CAN NOT FREEHOLD IN CO NAME

I WANT TO ASK WHAT DOES "Appointment of signatory added through BO screen" MEANS?

I have filled form 23 AC & ACA of the Company ; but due to clerical error, agm date in form mentioned 30.09.2012, but this day was sunday, so can it will be revert when we want to correct it with 29.09.2012, the same file has been approved by the system.
Please suggest in this regard.

What are the consequences if Date of AGM is 29/08/2012 and Form 23AC Showsdate of Signing Boards Report 20/09/2012????

Can date of signing Board's report be after notice of AGM????

I want draft full MOA & AOA of a pvt ltd company. Main objects of the company are:

1. Dealing in purchase, sale, leasing, renting, etc of all kinds of land viz agriculture, commercial, industrial, etc.

2. Constructing guest houses, buildings on the land for giving it for rent, lease, sale, etc.

3. Trading of pulses, grains, oilseeds and other related agri and non agri products.

i want to ask that for the company in its first year when appoints first auditor it is not compulsory to file form 23B. If this is correct than while filing form 23AC and 23ACA for the first time how can we provide SRN of form 23B which is compulsory to provide.
pls answer urgently

One of Our client Public ltd co had taken a car loan, Now we had to create a charge by uploading form 8, When asked bank manager for DSC he said us to apply dsc on behalf of him,Now when we are trying to upload dsc of bank manager,Director & professional there is a problem ,when one dsc say director register and we upload another bank manager previous dsc automatically ommits, and same probs happens again & again..

Please also guide about roll check of authorized signatory of bank w.e.f 22-07-12 ,should bank apply and uplaod e form 8 ,Please suggest and guide,
