Regarding form 23ac & aca

I have filled form 23 AC & ACA of the Company ; but due to clerical error, agm date in form mentioned 30.09.2012, but this day was sunday, so can it will be revert when we want to correct it with 29.09.2012, the same file has been approved by the system.
Please suggest in this regard.

In my opinion the due date shall be 30/09/2012.
The AGM should be conducted within the above due date wherein the provisions of section 166 are to be complied with..

AGM can be held on Sunday.
You can choose to e-file the revised Returns but not it is not free.

Dear Bajaj,
One Cannot Revise Form 23AC/ACA.
Other Form Like 20B , 66 Can Be revised.
Next is AGM Cant Be Conduct on Sunday, Read With Sec 166(2).
But If Postponded AGM Can be Conduct on Sunday due to Quorum etc.

Thanks for your advice.
Regarding Sunday! Perhaps I remained under-answer to clarify that that AGM can be shown as conducted on Sunday on some pretext.
Regarding Revision - I have done so in the past. But I do not know if it was accepted successfully. However, I note it for future compliance.

The due date comes on sunday. We have to conduct the AGM withing that due date, due date can not be reduced or extended only AGM can not be conducted on sunday so we need to conduct AGM before 30th. The due date shall be 30th i.e. sunday
